Our cacao butter is a special breed – we source only single origin fine flavour Ecuadorian Arriba criollo non-hybrid cacao. The beans are hand-selected, fermented, dried and lightly roasted to perfection. The cacao butter is mechanically pressed from the ground beans, cooled to a solid state and packaged for your enjoyment. Giddy Yo Cacao Butter has a beautiful chocolate aroma and rich flavour, a creamy and smooth consistency and melts at body temperature. Our cacao is processed at low temperatures from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
