Create a smoothie by blending 1 tablespoon of Organic Traditions Cacao Powder with 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Shredded Coconut, 1-2 tablespoons of Natural Traditions Rice Bran and Germ Powder, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Powder and 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder with berries and sufficient water, (3-6 cups) to achieve the desired consistency.
